4-osobowa ekipa z Belfastu nadchodzi ze swoją pierwszą płytą. Inspirowany wieloma gatunkami metalowymi, album przypadnie do gustu fanom CANNIBAL CORPSE, DEICIDE, CEPHALIC CARNAGE, DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN!
Northern Ireland's Death Grind legends finally unleash a debut album.
Condemned are a 4-piece death metal band based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Taking influences from across multiple genres Condemned have defined a death metal sound that is both frantic and extreme but also musical and accessible. Coupled with a live performance to match they have embedded themselves at the fore-front of the Irish music scene for the last decade.
"A Dying Art" is the much anticipated first full length album that captures the truest Condemned sound. Not only drawing upon influences such as Cannibal Corpse, Deicide, Cephalic Carnage, Dillinger Escape Plan, but also from genres outside metal, "A Dying Art" manages to deliver an explosive package, and despite the references Condemned never sound like anyone else.
From the frantic opener "The Dark Place" to the groove laden "Here Come My Eyes" and title track "A Dying Art" Condemned couple frantic, relentless drumming with energetic and experimental guitar work but still leave space for the tortured screams and multi-layered guttural vocals.
Although established in 1993 the core Condemned line-up has been together since 2000. With three previous self financed releases, "Prelude", "Somebody Stop..." and the 2005 EP "...And That’s How I Found Them", Condemned have met with international critical acclaim and reviews. A professional and passionate live performance has ensured numerous high profile support slots & UK and Irish tours with Napalm Death, Cannibal Corpse, Necrophagist, Nile, Obituary, Visceral Bleeding & Origin.
